Effiwind is a specialised offshore wind company established in 2018 with the vision to optimise the offshore wind foundation design process.
Having been involved in the design or the independent assessment of foundations for more than 10 GW of offshore wind, we wanted to find ways to make the design process more efficient for ourselves and the industry.
Our vision
Our vision is that everyone involved in the offshore wind foundation design process has quick access to cost-efficient foundation designs.
This can reduce the engineering effort required during the initial project phases while generating valuable insight for the subsequent design process.
Our platform
Combining decades of offshore engineering experience with modern technology, we have created a dedicated cloud-based online platform that provides fully automated foundation design in a matter of hours and real-time foundation estimations powered by machine learning.
Our platform has been designed such that it is easy to access and use while optimised foundation designs are rapidly generated.
